I assumed before it was Antoine, but looking closer while it's standing still, maybe not...and due to the colorations, such as Sally's pinkness, it might actually be more "early Archie"-based....while the GG version had AoStH Robotnik (and ancient Egypt special stages...)
I also believe that some of the sprites are using a slightly different palette compared to others, possibly because people had to common fucking sense and were screwing around with the emulator's video settings beforehand.
@MarioFreak2001: That's because this IS based on SatAM. You can see Sally Acorn (AoStH design I believe), Rotor, Bunnie Rabbot, and whoever the dog is.

IDK why, but I really like the SatAM vibe these sprites give off.
