@Kartwheel: The US manual and the opening cutscene do call him a tyrant, so it's not entirely made up.
@Rayman95Fan: I believe “Greedy the Tyrant” is simply a headcannon name of sorts since I’ve never heard nor seen that anywhere before. His official alias is “Kaiser Greedy”.
