I love so much Maruyama!
It's weird how his theme music has a sample saying "Kuma" (Meaning bear in Japanese) in all versions, even though he's supposed to be a cat in the JP version? I really don't get the changes they made.
I really dunno why they even changed the guy into a bear over here, since he still makes cat noises the first time you fight him no matter what version you play.
I just love that guy. He's literally just a "reversed" version of Dynamite Headdy, where he changes body instead of the head. And is that me or he isn't even a part of the Puppet show (since he sends Headdy behind the scenes at one point) ?
To me, he always looked like a Cat. Maybe they just wanted to make him look more intimidating?
Doesn't help that he looks nothing like a bear at all.
Everyone thought Maruyama from the Japanese version's a cat, but in the international version Trouble Bruin now looks like a bear!
