Did you not read my earlier comment? The parallax scrolling is already covered just by the background being in pieces; that's a mainstay of my background rips where it applies. I wouldn't break the background up and then highlight a certain bunch of strips for parallax.
The green lines are for parallax scrolling.
Is not those red clouds used in sonic.exe data select and you cant run background?
Content ripped by another that I was unable to source myself, and used with permission. I've recently come across more information on the CD backgrounds, so it's likely there's going to be a third wave of CD background updatings.
What do the green lines on this sheet mean?
