The visual mode background actually appears in the 2011 remake’s main menu.
I'd love to eventually get to actually ripping that one, if there was a emulator that could handle it or allow for save states to get to it.

@YGbJm - In CD's Time Attack, you had to get the collective time of the 21 acts down from 105 minutes down to under 25'46"12 - this unlocks the Visual Mode.
