Is it me or does his palette lineup (in the normal game) look a lot like Sonic's (there's three blues, two shades of a 'cream' color, some shades of orange and red, etc.)? Even though that isn't present in this image I loaded it up within a ROM editor and it looks very similar to Sonic's palette from other games on the Genesis. Nice going with reusing the palettes without most people noticing, Sega!
