Pretty sure this isn't the correct description, since there is already an enemy with a name like that:

It's kinda difficult to find out the real one, since gameplay on Youtube doesn't show names.
According to gamefaqs, I can only assume that this is "Shaman".

Edit: Revised the sheet with "Cutiebell" as its new name.
