To be fair, unlike with the abject laziness they did with Capcom vs SNK 2, the sprites in this game use a totally different type of bodily proportions, so it'd look even more off than those did.
I am genuinely shocked that Capcom decided to make brand new sprites for her in this game.
(Wouldn't surprise me if that was one of the reasons it never got released outside of Japan)
