      @Mysticus No, the one that got an Italian release is the sequel, Time Bokan Series: Bokan Desuyo. This game never left Japan in any form.
And as for the "somehow", Time Bokan in general, especially Yatterman, was actually pretty big in Italy. It was, like, the only country that got a dubbed release of the entirety of Yatterman back in the day, hence why the sequel to this game also got a release in Italy.
Why this game didn't, though, is a mystery.
