Yeah she is called Miss Dronio in the italian dub of the show, but Dokurobei is called Dottor Dokrobei in the dub
Updated with all the various alternate versions of relevant graphics from the Italian version. Many of them are not even used.
Not so sure about some of those name translations.... "Dronio" just seems like someone vaguely recalled what Doronjo's name looks like when romanized, but they got it a little wrong. "Docrobei' is also a little strange because everywhere else in this version, they just call him "Dokurobei" (with or without the i) as usual.
