Interesting hearing that, also thank you for the translation on how to unlock Ms. Pac-man for the databook.
I never knew that was a thing and seeing how to get her, that will take some time, I still would like to go for it, she's pretty cute.

I've never seen these before.
This appears to be an unlockable easter egg for the databook screen. Supposedly, if you achieve a goal in each game, Pac-Man is replaced with Ms. Pac-Man for this screen. The goals should be as follows:
Pole Position II: Complete any course.
Phozon: Reach World 8.
Galaxian: Reach Round 10.
Tower of Druaga: Complete Round 60. Continuing is allowed.
Ms. Pac-Man: Reach Round 5.
Dig Dug: Reach Round 10. Continuing is allowed.
(The only reason I know this is because there exists a guide for this game only released in Japan (search Namco Museum guide book on Ebay), and I was able to get a copy and translate it.)
