Sonic?!?
A Japanese Sonic fangame from 1993 for the Sharp X68000 microcomputer, ported by the creator to the PS1 via Net Yaroze in 1997 but with a red Sonic recolor. (Thankfully he left the original palette in the game.) It was rediscovered by Sonic Retro a few weeks ago, and a friend of mine managed to locate the Net Yaroze port, which I quickly ripped everything from and immediately submitted to tSR.
A Sonic fangame of some sort, clearly.
