The red shirt and blue pants makes this boss look like Duke Nukem if he were turned into a Frankenstein monster (FrankenNukem, if you will).
I've played it many a time. It's just something I've always wondered, and I thought this would be a good time to share it.
That's the way he looks in this game, you should play it!
He's bulkier than usual, and his skin tone's shifted from green to something a little more human... is this what happens when you expose Frankenstein's monster to gamma radiation?
