Btw Fact:Instead this drawing place has a casino-like minigames,and casino has only in japan version
@Snessy the Duck: I think they cut it because Robotnik needs a lot of gray, a color that isn't in the palette
You can definitely tell this page was added in the western version lol
Also definitely understandable that they scrapped the Robotnik drawing, what the hell were they doing using his AoStH design in 1996 especially when he retains his Japanese design in the rest of the game

I find it funny that Amy is the only one using Japanese art because there was zero western promotional art of her before Sonic adventure

the fact they used art of tails and robotnik in the aosth/western sonic style in this is so bizarre
