I've always wanted to make a rip for this game, but there are just too many sprites and it's too much trouble, so I gave up

Hello, I'm new to spriter's resource (i use it to make a game for personal use, but i didn't have an account)
I like to rip Yume 2kki's tilesets and charsets to make areas and characters for my game, as I am a huge Yume Nikki/2kki fan.
I saw Japan Town's actual tileset get uploaded, can I upload other tilesets without having to worry about copyright and all that?
