guys i figured it out. the sprite is mirriored in game
looks like a isometric city. I think It changes colour with some code

My guess is that its like a flight simulator and...idk.
It couldn't possibly be Fourside, Fourside doesn't have that many buildings, the buildings in Fourside are much farther apart & the shapes of these buildings don't really match up with the shapes of Fourside's buildings.
