An artist paid a large chunk of cash to put their OC (So Sorry) into the game. The same said artist also makes.... questionable art. Hence people spewing drama of it being a self-insert.

Please for the love of, don't complain that So Sorry was an OC cashed into the game. It's been done to death already. Infact, the comments seem have been disabled on the Undertale Wiki page for So Sorry, so I think that's a sign of what should NOT be done.
