I'm not the only one who has seen the animated Sepia border on accident, right?
the top one is unlocked by deploying the dog in the artifact room while the other (the bottom one) is earned when you beat hard mode
Where do the dog ones appear in game? I played the Switch version but I've never seen them, they're amazing lmao.
Still mad that PC never got an update for these. Even if Toby wanted the console version to be the one to reach Japan officially, Undertale would have never been a success if it wasn't for the PC version.
