Fun fact: This is the only time Cirno is wearing a sash bow on her waist. In ALL subsequent games (as well print works and other Touhou media), the sash bow has simply disappeared.
There's a possibility that this sash was already there on the previous game's (EoSD) portrait, but since her arm covered it, it was not possible to see it. Because Perfect Cherry Blossom's Cirno portrait is just a bigger version of EoSD's portrait, we can't still see her bow, but the shading and shadows located close to her sash bow might indicate that is has always been there.
