You can probably tell this already, but all the underwater palettes are missing (Same for Knuckles). Also, what does MBM stand for?

@Neros Urameshi His tails arent missing because like the genesis games, They are seperate from the main sprite most of the time.

(EDIT: Seems there's no true palette to the underwater colours, seems like it's additive-based. Palette mods seem to work fine instead of changing to something completely different.)
