that would be a nice challange tbh
this is from the 2008 Bloom & Doom beta, using the old artstyle. By using some integrated cheat codes, you can hack to level 6-1 of adventure mode, and it will have this background.
It seems that it's drawn by MS Paint. I can see this part of that drawing.
