Also, This Enemy Was Used In Oregano Desert In A Couple Builds (Western And Beach And Forest I Think), Though Extremely Minor.
@ZaqMakesSprites In the release of the game, yes. His intended use was in a couple of places. Originally, the weenie mount was always guarded by him being on top, and he played a crucial role in the unused level "Dragon's Lair" of wich the remaining rooms in the games files are the quickest way to see him in action nowadays (type "player_room dragonlair_1", the level itself is full of neat things that were scrapped but somehow still work fine in the release of the game).
