That's because they are easter eggs and leftovers from older versions, they were used (alongside fish and eggs) as escape collectables
fun fact: The primary toppings (mushroom, cheese, tomato, sausage and pineapple) always randomise when you boot up a level as everyone knows. However, this doesn't just apply to loading a level for the first time. They actually always reload when a room reloads. This means if you didn't collect a tomato and reload the room, it can turn into a sausage, then cheese, etc...
It's so weird how the other toppings had their sprites updated, while bananas and bacon remained the same, making them look off.
