Everyone always says that the clown transformation TV screen is unused, but it's actually not. This is because if you're an absolute G O A T and manage to very precisly exit the room before the transformation runs out, the TV will appear as you have the transformation and finally show you your reward. I personally never got this to happen no matter how hard I tried.
