fun fact: the heat palette can be seen in the eggplant build version of the gnome forest level
Added Snotty's Ghost from the Halloween update as well as a missing frame of animation for the Idle animation.
A pattern I'm seeing is most of the characters and other miscellaneous stuff appear to only have 4 colors in their pallette

Added another palette (Heat, which was replaced with Snotty's in the final version) and Snotty's grave.

Super Piter missed some sprites for Cheeseslime, and the palette used in Noise's Hardoween. I ripped them, and an update is on it's way.
