So please do not ask where are the blocks and mobs texture sheet, they are ONLY located in The Textures Resources, go there instead.
I agree on @NickBob, they are just textures but NOT sprites.
Can you guys stop mobs and blocks have textures not sprites
There is something I find a little frustrating about the newer updates. They have updated most of the textures to a point when they don't even feel like 16x16 textures anymore, but to this day, the Enderman texture still has just 2 colors of shading.

this whole game section has aged like milk
even though ripping minecrafts sprites and textures is really easy... you just extract the java file didn't you.

@JamesTDG Mobs have Textures. Not sprites. They are in the Textures Resource.
They have literally everything (multiple .zip archives) on the textures resource, including lots of skins. That was mentioned multiple times below.
I wish all of the mob sheets were here bu,t I mostly want that fire animation
