It's apparently a pun on some phrase that goes "All helmet," and as such "Metall" is indeed the correct name.
I loved seeing that there are more people doing rips here, very good.

I think what osprtes meant was why is there a section for this if they use the same sprites as the original games. I'm guessing its because of the exclusive sprites made for this game in general, correct?
@DocvonSchmeltwick Yes! these enemies are of the megaman series, on the other question, I think there is no correct name, in the original manual of the Mega Man NES the name is (Met) in the strategy guides is (Hard Hats) and then they were called (Mettaur or Metall) and in some places it's called (Mettool) I think capcom did not care much about giving a fixed name to that enemy
