like prior commenters, i had to go on a bit of an internet dig to find this game. i think it was worth it, though, since the art is so unique! i wasn't able to find it on steam, sadly, so if someone ever digs that up, feel free to drop that here, too.

I saw the sheet and was immediately intrigued - searched the title, and mostly got random Halloween party banners, but eventually I found it.
It's an RPG Maker VX Ace game on Steam Workshop, if anyone else is wondering.
