On Night 5, Ennard tricks Michael (the player) into going into the Scooping Room so all the animatronics within the monstrosity could escape without being noticed, Ennard activates the scooper and poor guy gets worn like a suit, it's very messed up but at the very end, Ennard escapes into the nearest sewer grate and Michael continues to live as a living purple corpse (the Remnant from either the scooper or Ennard that's left inside his body is what kept him alive)

Scott should be proud of himself for creating the most unsettling moment in FNAF history, William's corpse in SpringTrap may freak you out but i think this is worse..
