The only instance I remember seeing springbonnie as brown is in fnaf 4 minigames. Basically anywhere else he's yellow. Glitchtrap, fnaf movie, unused help wanted model, Stage01.
the different color is because of stylistic changes betwen games like how springtrap and scraptrap look different also springbonnie is brown

By that logic, that means SpringBonnie being Golden Freddy is perfectly acceptable, but NOT springtrap.

The proof is the same model as Freddy Fazbear, That's how Golden Freddy was Freddy's GOLDEN counterpart, you can search his other counterparts (Nightmare, Toy, Funtime, Glamrock, Phantom, Withered, etc.)
