phill fish is the most unpeasent person, still remember when he harassed his fans and people for no reason when he said "suck my dick, choke on it" and "kill yourself" still i remember when phill quit the game industry?
He owns it, legally. It doesn't actually matter if he made it or not.
But still, what definition of the word "made" is being used here?
I mean, no matter how much of a jerkass you are, you still have the right to have anything that you made get taken down here. The site admins are still obligated to remove anything if the owner of said thing wants it.
With how dickish the developer is, are we allowed to use these sprites for stuff?

I suggest googling "Phil Fish Youtube Money". Anyway, I don't think the Spriters Resource comment field is the right place for this stuff.
Well again, he didn't really even make it. What happened later? He rant at people after he was ratted out, or something?
There were other issues with Phil Fish, but yeah, he wasn't a great person. The game is amazing, though. Personally, I just prefer to think of good content from bad people as independent from the developers.
But Phil Fish didn't make it, he was merely the head of the team. A friend of his did most of the work, Fish kicked him off the team and took credit for it, then played the victim. The actual maker was, as far as I know, a perfectly decent guy.

It's hard to enjoy this game anymore due to how much of an asshole the creator is.
