No, it's definitely transparent, I downloaded it from here to check, and I use a program that automatically defaults to transparent support for PNGs. Maybe it's the website they're using?
did you forget to turn on transparent when exporting?
do you mean the transparent background isn't being detected properly, and needs to be a solid colour?
Having a issue with clockeys sprite sheet being when I cut it do get a certain animation a bg forms and if I use a website to remove on it removes clocks face and if it doesn’t it becomes really low quality idk what to do
