Other than that, I've got to admit Carol is arguably the only Undertale/Deltarune character that I find genuinely hideous to look at. She looks like an utterly miserable creature and her face is uncannily humanoid. She looks more like a Who from How the Grinch Stole Christmas than a reindeer.

Why do I feel like Carol represents the corporate aspect of the holidays, which would explain so much. Noelle Holiday is the frail innocence, Rudy's barely keeping it together, then there's this miserable grinch.
