Just curious, where's the Chapter 4 mini-fountain? Does it not use a new base sprite?
The titan fountain is with the titan if that is what you are here for
After lots of research, (and playing deltarune to develop my fangame), and while not making it myself, I think I have come up with a way to assemble the dark fountain "Room" sprite. You have to make the outline sprite(idk what else to call it) scroll upwards and for the texture, I am not that certain. By examining it in-game, one can see that it scrolls infinitely to the top-left, while another clone of it scrolls infinitely to the bottom-right. (i know i sound like a nerd right now, but thank me later.)
