The heart icon is used when you use an item on someone in the overworld and the sleeping icon is used when you use the Ponman act where Ralsei sings and Susie falls asleep.
When are the heart and sleeping icon used? Like, the battle icons among the fight, spare, defend, etc, icons?
Oh never mind actually, apparently some bosses give the icons different alignments for some reason. I was using footage of the Knight as reference but for regular battles its correct.
Ralsei's Mock up has his face icon misaligned. Nothing to major but thought I'd point it out since i don't think anyone else noticed.

The "unused" spare and magic buttons aren't unused as seen in deltarune repainted.
