@Davy Jones: Probably not, it might be an error in the ripping process.
Two of them seem to have buggy outlines. Is this how the game displays it?
Spoiler:you're supposed to think that he is another character from danganrompa 1 for the first part of the game, Byakuya Togami.
I think that it should confuse the played and make them think "what the hell have you ate since the last game, Togami"?
