It's because of how I had to rip the game with NinjaRipper. The main sheets don't get dumped fully colored (not NR's fault it's just how the game was setup) with a separate sheet of the palette, which I had to recolor the main sheet with.

Surprising how the sprites for Sophia III and Sophia ZERO haven't been ripped yet.
Then again, this series is quite obscure.
