Because the first version have less animation, and then they added more frames in game.
Like The Stir of Dawn Menu file... I had already uploaded it here, and this one (incomplete) was accepted, while mine was rejected, stating that the file was already on the site. I can't upload the complete file right now; it's lost among the more than 40,000 game files, and I didn't get help ripping it as I requested on the forum, so it's going to be a bit more difficult now, but I'm uploading some files little by little.
Even if that's the case, you can always revise the other rips with your own version, if it's a better one (like being more complete).
I've had all the files since the release of the second game, but every time I upload them here, someone else ends up sending a similar file (with missing sprites) and it gets accepted before mine (which then spends a long time waiting for approval), so I stopped sending the sprites. Maybe one day I'll send the rest again.

I wish there were more sprites ripped from this game :(
It's the pen icon right nex to "Asset Info", between the flag and heart. Just explain why yours is better and add your name to additional credits, in case you're not the original uploader.
And if duplicate sheets exist or one is superior to the other, you can file a report by clicking on the sheet icon and use the flag icon, also right next to "Asset Info". This way you can ask for deletion of the sheet.
