Got a haul of Disgaea 3/4 sprites from myself here, with a handful from forumgoer Volo. Unfortunately, a bunch of mine aren't as well-organized as others (mainly the HD ones) since I haven't gotten much time to organize them, but they're all still perfectly usable, and hopefully certain people won't think that I've been hoarding them all for myself anymore... Also some Melty Blood sprites, since I've been meaning to upload those for a while. Thanks to Mauve and his sprite-extracting program for those two.
