For hope and glory! May our Queen continue to reign in good health and may England remain brilliant. This is a day to be proud of our heritage, proud of our monarchy. A day to be proud of our home.

Today marks 60 years of Queen Elizabeth II on the throne. The Diamond Jubilee. A day in which many of us British citizens are doing the good and proper thing, and eating lots of food and drinking lots of wine. Ho-yes! THE WINE!

British or not, a glorious day is to be had. This is a wonderful country and somewhere I am proud to call home. Rule, Britannia! Britannia rule the waves! Britons never will be slaves.
