@Med Animations pretty sure the game generates the dialog boxes, so they're not sprites that can be ripped. Now, the course parts icons, I want, but I just don't know where they are.

This is the last time I'm going to be saying this -- I'm not going to change the organization of the existing sheets. They're staying as they are because there is no issue with them compared to literally everything else.

New idea - Separate the player sheets by character instead of style. Basically make 1 sheet for all 4 [B1,B2,B3,W] styles for Mario, then Luigi, then Toad, then Toadette.
