There are actually multiple sprites for some of these items. Bomb and Bombchus definitely have 2 distinct sprites, but I haven't found a rip anywhere of the second Bombchu sprite. The second one can be found after chopping down grass.
From what I figure, it's because drops are different from the select sprites and, in the case of things like the Deku Seeds, the "item get" prompt's image, which is instead included with this. Hearts don't get a special icon for that. Though I'm pretty sure the Magic Jars do...

I'm curious why arrows, hearts, and magic jars aren't on here. Are they stored different internally?
