@1238 - Bit: That would be the Hammer Suit. For whatever reason there's an inconsistency with its sprite in this game, and the version you see there is the one that you get from the large ? blocks, whereas the proper one is only used in the inventory screen.
what's that hammer suit looking thing right next to the "?" ball?
