nice rerip, i think that unused left mustache on the laughing/suprised while inside eggmobile is either for a third frame or an early version of the other two for when he's flying normally as the rightmost two skin colored pixels fits the chair similar to the other flying normal tiles as well.
You can tell from the many unused sprites that this games was supposed to be much more ambitious.
