Ew, the ugly version of Shinobi. The NES could do better than that!
Well it was based off the Master System version rather than the arcade. It looks like a simplified version of that with less color. Still the NES version isn't good to play and was considered one of the worst versions of the game (outside of the usual Spectrum version).

Gonna try to identify the bootlegs the best I can, see which ones are actually original content or see which ones are total ripoffs, reskinned games to pass off as another, unrelated title. This game for example, looks nothing like Shinobi. Instead, looks like one of the action games in the NES game library, likely one of the commando games.
