As of this comment, listening to the ost of this game
it was fixed in the wily wars i dont see why they didnt originally want to fix that weapon
idk maybe the top spin workinmg as intended
i wonder what would be diffrent in a final version?

Apparently this game is an unfinished, released Beta that didn't get the time to be polished up fully.

idk if this would be unpopular but I like Mega Man 5 more than this
It's mostly due to it being the one I had as a kid. I know it's not the best in the series. Still a strong entry though!
