the sleep powerup did nothing.
Fun fact, the level names abbreviations are VIBGYOR or ROYGBIV backwards, which is the rainbow. So basically,
Vegetable valley=violet
Icecream Island=indigo
Butter Building=blue
Grape garden=green
Yogurt yard=yellow
Orange ocean= orange, duh
Rainbow resort=red
Vegetable valley=violet

I find it funny that the German version of the "MISS!!" icon (when Kirby loses all his HP) just says "LOSER!". Like...sheesh, localizers, no need to rub it in.
