@Goji Looks like a Kirby Spiny, actually. Though since this seems to have been made in 1992 and Kirby's Adventure wasn't made until 1993....hm.
Though looking closer, it's a quadruped, so it's I suppose like the SMB3 Spiny from a different perspective.
