There's a glitch which starts the game on Level 5, allowing you to play through the final two levels.
But isn't it impossible to get to those levels without cheating?
The sheet is missing sprites from the final two levels, including the final boss.
Seconded. Cheetahmen 2 has MUCH differences from the first game in Action 52, especially with the enemies.
