@MM734 Don't question the capabilities of the NGPC, please. animated sprites work different from larger images, hence why the cards in the Card Fighters games looked so much better than the sprites in any of the fighting games.
Also, they took the time to make really detailed portraits for the playable characters, yet don't bother giving Elec Man the whites in his eyes, and Guts Man his yellow Met helmet.
Like I said on Proto Man's sheet: Something about his close up just screams hurB to me.
